BATH PLANET/BCI LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
What’s Covered:
BCI provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on its acrylic products, including wall surrounds, shower bases/tubs, and acrylic accessories. This warranty ensures that these materials will not fade, yellow, crack, bubble, or peel under normal use and when maintained according to BCI care guidelines.
What’s Not Covered:
The following items and services are not covered under this warranty:
Installation and labor related to BCI products
Silicone sealants
Shower heads (including detachable models)
Shower doors
Grab bars
Tub and shower drain covers
Tub spout diverter stems
Any non-BCI manufactured product
Any components or fixtures outside of the shower area (e.g., toilets, vanities, flooring, etc.)
The Fine Print:
This Limited Lifetime Warranty, offered through BCI (Bath Planet Southern Tier & Bath Planet of Binghamton), applies exclusively to manufacturing defects in BCI acrylic products.
